Founder
Kyle founded Beacon Stays and runs operations: pricing, guest communication, turnovers and compliance. He owns and operates the flagship home on Indian Lake in Worcester, where every system we use was built and tested first. When a guest message needs a person at 10 pm, it reaches Kyle or Angelica, not a call center.
Co-founder
Angelica co-founded Beacon Stays and co-hosts the flagship home with Kyle.
How we learned the business
We own and operate a five-bedroom lakefront home on Indian Lake in Worcester. The pricing model, the guest messaging, the turnover checklists and the smart locks were set up there and refined there before any owner paid us to run them. It is still the home we test changes on first, and it is the first case study on this site.
Our standards
The standards below are the ones we keep today.
By design
We are not trying to sign every listing in New England. We take homes with 3 or more bedrooms that can genuinely perform, and we tell owners honestly when theirs is not a fit, because every home we run has our name on it. Remote Performance is how we serve a home far from Worcester: you keep a local cleaner and handyman, and we run everything else.

Where we are
Based in Worcester, Massachusetts, serving property owners across all of New England.
Our live properties today are in Massachusetts. We serve the six New England states, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, as one market with many regions, and every area page says plainly where we have a live property and where we do not. There is no walk-in office; we meet owners at the property or by video.
